R u the one who faced multiple IP addresses assigned on same Network Adapter, and fed up to changing it and resulted in again with another IP address on the same network adapter as in below image.

Solutions are Here:
Step 1:Goto "Command Prompt" by RUN(Winkey+R)and TYPE"cmd"[HIT ENTER]
or
Goto Start -->TYPE "cmd" -->Right Click-->SELECT Run as administrator.
Step 2: Now,Type the Below Command
netsh winsock reset reset.log [HIT ENTER]

netsh winsock reset reset.log |
Step 3: Now,Type the Below Command
netsh int ip reset reset.log [HIT ENTER]
 |
netsh int ip reset reset.log |
Finally ,Restart ur PC!
U have Finished RESETTING the Network Adapters , Now New Address must be assigned to all network Adapters or it must be DHCP Enabled (Obtain IP Addresses Automatically)
NOTE :
Using this Command will clear all the IP Addresses Assigned to all network Adapters on ur PC, if u re connecting to internet through a LAN to WAN then u must Backup the Previous IP address and Gateway address.
